I love that you offer low impact too. I've always loved HIIT workouts but since hitting 40, my body has not cooperated and I end up injuring myself. Only 3 days in but I'm loving the workouts.

you have no idea how much hope these workouts give me! I've been unable to work out for two years and in that time I've put on a lot of weight. I honestly thought I'd never be able to work out again as the pain and extra weight meant any attempt was painful for days afterwards (not DOMS). I tentatively tried the preview of Low Impact PHIIT that you posted. I was sweaty and felt great at the end but NO PAIN!!

I did Day 2 of Low Impact Phitt and I need a nap! I'm feeling muscles in my inner thighs and shoulders that I never felt in the 45-60 minute gym classes I've taken in the past. It's definitely not too easy! My favorite 10 minutes of the day!

Yes you are so correct Rachel. Did day1 of the Low Impact program and I was indeed sweating up a storm but it felt so GOOD!!! Am loving this programs as well as all the other PowerAbs Programs I have purchased. Can't thank you and Kari enough oh and Caroline too
