The appeal of 10 minutes a day is what got me interested at first. Then I was hooked! I now stack programs to doing either 2 or 3 a day. I started mid July and was very consistent until vacation in November. Then the holidays and knee surgery derailed me. I started back up consistently in March. The results are amazing. Even if you don't see it right away, you can feel your core getting stronger every day. Moves that were difficult become easier. There are so many levels and programs to keep you motivated and wanting more. On days I'm not feeling it. I tell myself 'it's just 10 minutes you can do this!' Then I usually do at least 2 once I get going. These programs have been the best investment in feeling more confident in my aging body! Thank you Kari Pearce for creating these amazing programs!

I love to look back and compare with my old pictures. One year after adding Power Abs programs to my workout routine and this is the difference I've made in my body composition. Much more muscle. I have 10 programs, I believe. I always do an ab program and I switch up my other workouts. I am pleased with my progress. It's a journey, not a race!! Keep at it and the results will come. 58 feels good!!

Currently Power abs 2.0 - right amount of challenge and really gets the abs and phitt-it's a great quick cardio burst (haven't started phitt strength or super phitt yet but very excited to soon)
