OMG, I Started last week and did 4 workouts in the last 5 days. I'm already noticeing some difference around my waist. I am 56 years old and thought that nothing would help me anymore. The jumps in the videos are sometimes to much for me, but hey; I'm 56. And I just started. I already feel fitter then the week before. Can't wait for my results after 30 days :)

I don't have ripped abs yet as I eat too much to get that lean, but have definitely built strength from doing Powerabs plus the PHITT classes. Mountain climbers are becoming much easier! I'm able to lean more forward on my arms, and keep my bum and back much straighter without failing now. To me that's progress!
