I’m so excited to introduce PHIIT Strength to you and to teach you how to properly train so you are gaining strength and also significantly improving your health.
PHIIT Strength is for women of all ages and all levels. It's a 5 day a week program. You’ll do 10 minutes of strength training along with short rest periods between sets (no workout runs longer than 20 minutes).
Each day we focus on a specific area, rotating the focus between upper and lower body strength training along with one day dedicated to a full body strength workout.
PHIIT Strength is designed for you to get maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
There is no “fluff” to this program. Every movement, each day is carefully placed to provide the most benefit and results.
Each day, we hone in on the proper technique for each movement using dumbbells appropriate to your fitness level.
This allows you to not only learn exactly what you should do, but how to do it safely, and effectively giving you the results you want, quickly.
Changing the movement pattern allows you to stimulate different muscles while working your body in a different way. This allows your muscles to recover while you switch gears to work on other muscles in the same workout.
Using dumbbells also allows you to increase the amount of weight you’re using as your strength increases. You’ll be excited (and proud!) to see yourself getting stronger and stronger as you move through the program.
