Day 3 - Total Body - I said total body power workout and I meant it!
Grab your weights for a series of intense blended movements followed by “very brief” periods of strategic rest. You are going to work up a sweat today!
Each movement engages your muscles while working your total body from head, shoulders, abs, to toes!
In only 10 minutes, you’ll be pushed harder than any other total body workout you've ever done!
Rest Day - (Yes, you get those too!) Rest is just as important as your workout itself!
Your rest day helps your muscles recover and become stronger. Plus, including rest days helps you from dealing with that dreaded workout plateau!
Day 4 - Cardio - Your only non-weighted day! Just because you aren’t holding weights for this day doesn’t mean it’s a day off! Today you will turn up the heat and torch calories for up to 48 hours.
This true cardio workout will help you burn calories and shed fat to show off those defined abs, arms, legs.
Day 5 - Upper Body - Pick up those moderate to heavy dumbbells and get after this upper body workout to give you sleeker, stronger, defined arms, shoulders, and back in only 10 minutes.
