PHIIT Strength is designed for everyone, at all ages, and fitness levels.
For 5 days a week, you’ll do 10 minutes of strength training along with short rest periods between sets (no workout runs longer than 20 minutes).
All you need is a pair of dumbbells! No need for barbells, machines or special equipment!
Learn how to properly train so you are gaining strength and also significantly improving your health.
Each day we focus on a specific area, rotating the focus between upper and lower body strength training along with one day dedicated to a full body strength workout.

Every one of our Power Programs are online! This means you can access any of our PowerAbs, PowerGlutes, PowerLegs, and PowerArms programs from anywhere you have internet access!
