Every one of our Power Programs are online! This means you can access any of our PowerAbs, PowerGlutes, PowerLegs, and PowerArms programs from anywhere you have internet access!
Once you purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access the online portal.
Or you can simply login to your programs in our online portal at https://powerabs.shop/account using the email address you used to purchase the program as your login.
Inside of the portal, you will see all of your programs!
All of our programs are lifetime, unlimited access - they never expire!
All of our programs are a one time purchase - you are never charged again!
All of our PowerAbs and PowerGlutes programs do not require equipment!
Our Summer PowerArms and Perfect Pull-Up programs are the only programs that requires equipment.
For Summer PowerArms, Level Two requires light handweights or resistance bands.
For the Perfect Pull-Up program, you will only need a pull-up bar!

Why did you choose PowerAbs?
-I have used a few of your programs in the past and really liked them, so when I saw this challenge, I decided to go for it, knowing that I needed some motivation and something that was realistic and manageable for my life
What do you love most about our programs and/or challenges? Use as many details as possible.
I love the variety, I love that they give possible adaptations. If you need some, I love that I can just play the video and follow along and it’s not complicated at all, I love the manageable amount of time they are, I think the instructors are really great and down to earth!
How does PowerAbs help you achieve your fitness goals?
-powerAbs programs help me to meet my fitness goals, very realistically… I am in it for the long haul, and I don’t expect miracles overnight, but it is extremely inspiring and motivating to see how much can happen in just 10 to 15 minutes a day, if I’m consistent and being faithful to my healthy eating as well . I feel that I get an excellent workout, that is usually pretty intense as well, and I always love feeling the accomplishment of finishing a workout… I always think to myself, I can do anything for 10 to 15 minutes! And how powerful that is! The proof is in the pudding, I have lost 20 lbs in a six week time frame… I did the program a couple times repeated, and I look forward to trying another new program now !

Participating in the “new year new you”transformation challenge was exactly what I was looking for. I gave birth to my second son in October and this transformation challenge came at the right time.
I really enjoyed everything about this transformation challenge. Miranda and Rachel were the best cheerleaders and support buddies in every workout. Being able to see them sweat, breathing hard, and take a moment to catch their breath was nice to see that they are just like us; and they continued to push us to finish.
The programming was great and worked well for all fitness levels. I’m really looking forward to the next challenge.
