Just finished Day 5 of LI PHIIT!! Love day 5! If you are considering getting the program DO IT!! you will not regret it, I promise. And if you are really new to Kari programs, and thinking about those abs and as a beginner not sure where to start, Power Abs with Patch is a great beginner program. But it's still challenging!

I love these programs! With consistency, we make progress and are able to transform quickly. I'm grateful for this platform that gives us the opportunity to share our goals, successes and excitement with other people who get it! At first it may not be easy but with consistency we become stronger. This is proof! Today I reached my goal! I've had a goal to be able to do a candlestick consistently for a couple months now. Due to my back issues I had to stop, several times after a week, but now that I know the strength and stability is what I need to decrease my pain and that I'm not causing more damage by working out, I'm back and giving it all I have. I haven't done the candlesticks in a week and when I went to do these today, I was able to do them consistently on the first try. I feel like they flowed better and I didn't lose my balance going up. They feel so much easier now that my glutes and abs are stronger and my back isn't hurting as much! I can feel the strength! Keep up the good work everyone! We've got this!

Weeks ago I was so stoked I got my first candlestick into a single leg stand! Today I completed PA with Patch which ended with them! I am super happy to report I can now do both legs and got most of the 10 in 4 rounds!!!
